*On January 11-12, an introductory meeting with the partner participants of the national project Erasmus + and GREENKG was held at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic! Where representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the European Union, Coordinators of the consortium of Erasmus+ and GREENKG projects, rectors of partner universities and mass media services participated.
*Members of the consortium at this meeting, creating the composition of the steering committee and the project management council, reviewed the goals and objectives of this project. And we discussed issues of communication, distribution, quality assurance, and also planned and agreed upon work packages for the project.
*The GREEN KG project, developing a model of a green and digital university in Kyrgyzstan, will increase the innovative potential of universities through digitalization and awareness of the social responsibility of universities in the context of the global movement towards a green economy, climate and demographic changes.
*This project with the participation of 14 partners, including 12 universities from Kyrgyzstan and 2 foreign universities, will be implemented from 01/11/2024 to 10/31/2026 and is funded by Erasmus+.
